What is professional monitoring?
As well as notifying you of a potential intruder or a detection at your property, your system will send a signal to our monitoring station. They will then begin to contact you and any nominated contacts (sometimes know as keyholders) to ensure that your property is safe and that you are aware of a potential issue
What is a Security Officer Response?
Security Officer Response provides a complete level of security. If an intruder is detected and there is a confirmed intrusion with multiple sensors triggered then a security team is despatched to your home. They will complete perimeter checks ensuring your home is secure, that there is no one in the property and remain in place until the property is secure. Complete peace of mind for when you’re away or at work.
